Navigating the vast world of the Boltkill SMP is easy once you understand our teleportation systems. Whether you are visiting community hubs, returning to your base, or meeting up with friends, these commands will save you time and keep you focused on your build.
Exploring the World with Server Warps
Warps are preset locations created for the community, by the community. These include important areas like all spawns, landmarks and shopping districts.
View All Warps: Type /warps in the chat to see a full list of available public locations.
Teleport to a Warp: Type /warp <name> (for example, /warp shop) to instantly travel there.

Shows all warps available as of the 22/01/26.
Setting Your Private Homes
While warps are for everyone, Homes are your private fast-travel points. Every player on Boltkill SMP can set up to three unique home locations. This is perfect for marking places important to you. If you die, you will get reset to your home.
Set a Home: Stand at your desired location and type /sethome <name>.
Return to a Home: When you want to go back, simply type /home <name>.
Manage Your Homes: If you have already used your three slots, you can move a home by typing /sethome again with the same name in a new spot.

When you see "Home set to current location" you have correctly set your home.
Teleporting to Other Players (TPA)
Sometimes you need to meet up with a friend to trade items or collaborate on a build. Instead of walking thousands of blocks, you can send a teleport request.
Go to a Friend: Use /tpa <playername> to ask permission to teleport to them.
Bring a Friend to You: Use /tphere <playername> to request that they teleport to your current location.
Note: For security, teleportation is not instant. The other player must type /tpaccept for the request to go through. Always make sure you are in a safe spot before accepting a request!

Need More Help?
If you forget a specific command or need a reminder of your available home slots, you can always check our player other player guides or ask in the discord!
Happy warping,
